you should only remember that when you put more than one verb in your sentence , they should be the same in their grammar estate . .
I mean when you write a verb in gerund form all of your verbs should be in gerund . .

when you use " Let " , you must add an objective pronoun . . And When you write Let's you shouldn't add any other objective pronoun after it . . Because " Let's " is the abbreviation for Let us . .
So you must write Let's or Let Me . .

and the grammar form of Let is :

Hi every one . . Here i am tonight to speak more about English and make the other members to join us and talk more and more here. So that this topic gets a hot subject for members to come and visit
and spend their times here . .
I want to talk about watching Television per day . . How much time do you spend to watch tv a day ?
Is it a habit for you ?
Do you watch movies or documentaries ?
So what kinds of programs do you watch on TV ?
Do you thing they are useful for you or not ?
Well let me answer these questions as a first person to direct you about what to say . .
Well i used to spend almost 10 hours a day watching TV . .
I know , it was a long time for me . . But it was a habit for me to stay up late at midnight watching movies specially foreign ones and like that . .
I wasn't lazy at all . . I organized my time to study too . . I had some free times to watch TV . . But now I'm not . . I quit my habit . . I don't watch a lot now , maybe 3 hours a day or even less than that . .
Because i don't have enough time to sit and watch them and in fact I'm not very interested in them any more like before . . But some programs are interesting for me such as foreign movies , funny movies , serials and . . . For example some of them have a positive meaning and result for me and they really have a big influence on me . .
That's it . .

by the way........i finally start again
about watching TV ...
In Fact from 2-3 years ago I don't watch TV much Because Net comes to my Life and I have no interested on TV as well as Last .......maybe 2 Hours a day
But I spend my time about 8-9 Hours a day and goes to 12-13 Hours a day on sammer
for Example I get up at 7 O`oclock and after 30 minutes untile 3-4 AM I`am on net!!! .....I Know you can`t Belive it
But Now I Can't spend my time for net as well as summer

actually her birthday is on Tuesday .. so i wanna appreciate her Labors by giving a present to her ..

But not all of them was incorrect , i just wanted to describe your writing to others to help them understand better . . For instance in your words 'used to ' , i didn't get your error , because it wasn't an error . . So don't get upset please . I apologize any way .

I should say that i didn't want to make the topic busy . so i corrected the mistakes in each one's writing . .
And about the verbs , i think i didn't convey my meaning very well , i hadn't this meaning that always it is in this way , but i just wanted to say that when you use some verbs continuously after each other which are separated with a Comma , they are in this way , although I'm not sure about that any way. . I don't know . Maybe i made a mistake ..
