علیرغم آنکه مدت زیادی از نهایی شدن مشخصات تکنولوژی USB نسخه 3 نگذشته است و تعداد کمی از تولید کنندگان بزرگ مادربورد اقدام به قراردادن این تکنولوژی روی محصولات خود کرده اند، قطار این تکنولوژی به راه افتاده و هر روز خبری از محصولات USB 3.0 به گوش می رسد. در همین راستا شرکت Super Talent اقدام به تولید اولین حافظه قابل حمل پرسرعت (Flash Drive) بر پایه این تکنولوژی کرده است.
